By accessing or using Mavaxy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mavaxy SRL.

Mavaxy provides a digital platform for accessing and searching Romanian building codes, regulations, and standards. Our services include: document library access, full-text and semantic search, AI-powered question answering, bookmarks and annotations, and related features as described on our website.

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire. We may change our prices with 30 days notice.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute, reproduce, or publicly display our content without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our services without permission
• Resell or redistribute access to our services

The Mavaxy platform, including its software, design, logos, and proprietary content, is owned by Mavaxy SRL and protected by intellectual property laws. Building codes and regulations displayed on our platform remain the property of their respective government issuers. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property or the displayed content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavaxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Mavaxy in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee that the information provided is error-free or up-to-date. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available".

The content on our platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal or professional advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for specific regulatory compliance matters.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Romania.
